Brighton Shiatsu Centre re-opened for business from July 13th 2020 but in the interests of safety we are taking precautions in line with the government guidance. We have completed a detailed risk assessment for the centre and have made a number of adjustments to our normal way of working. You will notice a few changes when you attend your treatment and together we can provide Shiatsu treatments with safeguarding measures in place. Your health and wellbeing is out priority.
We will be taking infection control measures here including regular extra cleaning of the treatment and shared spaces and we ask that you kindly wash your hands on arrival.
We also ask that before booking your Shiatsu treatment you please advise us of any of the following:
1. You think you might have coronavirus or have recently had respiratory illness symptoms such as cough, fever (temperature) or loss of smell and taste or have tested positive in the last 14 days.
2. You have recently been to a country or area with a high risk of coronavirus.
3. You may have been in close contact with someone with coronavirus in the last 14 days.
4. If any of the above should become applicable before your treatment day please let us know as soon as possible and we can reschedule your appointment appropriately.
We may send you a questionnaire/consent form prior to your treatment to be sent back via email or text (or in an envelope in person on the day if electronic communication is not possible) and we may also contact you on the day to confirm your state of health to make sure it is safe for you to attend your treatment.
Many thanks,
The Brighton Shiatsu Centre team
